Bean Salad

Ingredients

2-14 oz tins of green beans

2-14 oz tins of wax beans

1 can of kidney beans

1 can of chick peas (optional)

1 can of baby corn (optional)

1 cup of diced green pepper

2 medium onions sliced in rings

1/2 cup sugar

2/3 cup vinegar

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Drain juice from beans
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well. Marinate in the refrigerator several hours before serving. Mix a few times while marinating.
